Italian language courses for Erasmus students (October 2022 - February 2023)
The Pisa University Language Center (CLI) offers Italian language courses for Erasmus students from October 2022 to February 2023 for different levels.

* The course times and dates could undergo changes due to unforeseen circumstances.
** Students will be informed of exact test dates during the course. The final test can be taken only once at the end of the course.
Admission to courses - REQUIREMENTS
In order to enrol in an Italian language course it is necessary to establish your prior knowledge of the language. Students including absolute beginners are required to take an Entry Test.
HOW TO ENROL FOR THE ENTRY TEST
You must enrol online by 8 am of the day chosen to sit the test. For instructions on how to enrol, click here.
Once you have enrolled you can take the test on any of the dates shown on the website without notifying the CLI. The computer test lasts 90 minutes and will take place online.
The entry test can be taken only once for each session.
Admission to courses - ENROLLMENT
After taking the entry test you can enrol in the courses by using the online enrolment system available on the CLI website; it will be active from 19th September 2022 at 9.00 am.
To enrol it is necessary to follow the following steps:
- access your own homepage on the CLI website (www.cli.unipi.it)
- click on the “courses” section (green area)
- select the course among the available ones (the choice is conditioned by the result in the test and the availability of courses).
Documents
- Attendance certificate: this will be awarded at the end of the course to students who have attended at least 80% of the course (50 on-line teaching hours + 10 hours of autonomous learning with exercises to be completed by the end of the course*);
- Language knowledge certificate: this certifies the language level according to the Common European Framework, will be awarded to the students who pass the language knowledge test.
* In order for the hours of autonomous learning to be taken into account, the activities must be carried out completely.

Course participants and fees
The following fees are per course. Teaching materials (books, photocopies, etc.) are not included.
Students who decide not to attend the course and do not give notice prior to the start of the course will not be reimbursed.

* Erasmus students from the University of Pisa are entitled to the first Italian course free of charge.
